Ive been to this bowling alley multiple times and even after the reverb it still looks dated & run down. For 15 for one game for two, its very expensive, I wouldnt mind if the venue was top notch which it isnt. Its dark and dingy and all the bowling balls are seriously damaged which makes the ball zig zag down the lane which defeats the object. The balls have to be round!!!! Money needs to be spent on new balls. I find the staff unfriendly, lazy when an issue occurred with our lane. If something doesnt change with this place I seriously see it shutting down due to lack of attendance. This company need to realise that people will not tolerate being taken for ride. Overall save your money until serious investment is put into this establishment.
Not a bad experience, but for the price I'd expect a little more polish. The lanes malfunctioned a few times and there weren't always staff around to resolve issues promptly. Some of the lanes are really slow, some are inaccurate. Food and drink is mediocre and pricey.
Absolutely appauling customer service. Took them an extra 40 minutes past the booking time to get us onto our lane. This was a huge incovenience as I had to leave shortly after and they refused me a refund, being completely rude about it and they were not remotely understanding of the situation. Don't even waste your time at this poor excuse of a bowling alley
Look, the staff are always friendly, so my gripe isn't with them, and maybe it's bad luck (who knows?), but every time I go there with my family, something isn't right. Either they're renovating, and half the place is a building site, or the bowling alley software has gone down, but there's always something wrong. The operation never has run smoothly since I've been going there.Bowling is bowling - when it works, there's nothing more to say.The arcades are alright for about half-an-hour. They have about twenty machines in total, which is nothing special. They have a lounge area with a couple of pool tables, tables, chairs stools, and they show SkySports, which is nice. Again, the staff are friendly. The food is just fast food, and isn't anything special. If you want a burger, there's a McDonald's two minutes away.All-in-all, when everything works, it's a half-decent couple of hours spent with the family. I just wish everything ran smoothly more often, because, like I said, I can't remember the last time anything there did. I blame Obama.
Booked in advance. All went smoothly. You no longer need to wear shoes provided unless you are in open toe or high heels. However they are available to borrow if you wish. The bumpers are manual which was no problem for us but could be annoying if with children.Tuesday evenings offer half price bowling and drinks. And offer not to be missed!
