Poor customer service. It is very rude not to acknowledge someone when they greet you. It is also very rude to ignore your customers when they obviously wait the end of your phone conversation at a raisonnable distance from your office . We watched you taking and making phone calls after phone calls and pretending we were not there : no eye contact, not even a smile or an apology for the wait, NOTHING! You definitely need to work harder on your behavioural and communication skills!

Had my vehicle repaired here last week. Said what they would do, and stuck to it. Lee on service looked after me and made me feel confident in leaving my vehicle with them after a bad experience at another dealer. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, Gavin and his staff have been brilliant as usual. Brought car from him 10 years ago and he was so helpful then, so wouldn't go to anyone else now. Cant wait to drive my new car. Thank you once again for your help xxxx

Had the pleasure of buying a car from Sutton Park a couple of weeks ago. They were incredibly helpful and not the usual car sales people expected- they weren't pushy at all! When viewing the car they left us plenty of time to look around it and take it for a couple of test drives. The actual sale/part ex of old car/pick up was very easy and relatively fast. I mainly dealt with Sahil, who was a brilliant salesman throughout the process- very friendly and trustworthy. Overall, couldn't recommend enough!
