Had my citroen serviced by them. Very polite and efficient. I was so pleased I have booked my wife's citroen C4 in for a service as well.But oh dear we then found out that they had simply filled both cars windscreen washer bottles with water and no additive. It being winter's they both froze solid. The c3 required new pump at my expense and the c4 was OK after being defroster and drained. I called the manager to explain and he said that it was standard practice to do this and not concerned at all. I told him that at the very least they should tell the customer that they had done this so that the customer could then at least drain it and fit additive themselves. Shan't be returning
